Frequently asked
- Will it touch my CRM directly?
- Yes โ through OAuth into Salesforce or HubSpot. The agent only writes to fields you've explicitly scoped. Every action is logged in the activity feed so reps can see what changed.
- What about reps already in the loop?
- The agent stays out of conversations once a human is engaged unless you opt-in to having it draft follow-ups for the rep to approve. The default is hands-off after handoff.
- How long until it can run unsupervised?
- Most teams run a two-week supervised mode where the agent drafts and a rep approves. Once the approval rate stabilizes (usually >90%), they switch to unsupervised on the routing logic and keep human approval on outbound copy.
