Founder & Senior Full-Stack Engineer

I'm Andrés Lastra, a senior full-stack software engineer, technical lead, and founder focused on building scalable software products, AI workflows, and automation systems for modern businesses.

With 9+ years of experience across e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, logistics, communications, and AI automation, I've helped companies design and launch platforms that solve real operational problems — from custom SaaS products and marketplace systems to complex integrations and high-volume communication infrastructure.

My technical background includes React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, serverless architectures, APIs, and cloud-native systems. I also work deeply with AI agents and workflow automation, using tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude/OpenAI APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review systems.

As the founder of Pluriza, I help businesses move faster by combining software engineering, AI automation, and product strategy. My approach is practical and execution-focused: understand the business problem, design the right system, build reliable technology, and continuously improve it with measurable outcomes.
